Cancellation Policy

Our clinic enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel your appointment within this timeframe, you may be required to pay the treatment fee. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible.

This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient, as we frequently maintain a waiting list for cancellations.
